Courier Service We use DPD, a reliable next-day delivery courier service. Please note that "next day" applies from the point when your items are ready to be shipped, not from the time of your order placement.

Delivery and Collection If an item is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or non-collection, you will have the following options:

  • Refund Option: A refund will be issued for the items purchased, excluding the shipping fees.

  • Reshipping Option: You may choose to have the item shipped again, but an additional shipping fee will apply.

Damages During Transit We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report damages, contact our customer service team at trophies@affinitypromotionsandevents.co.uk, providing the following details:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

  3. A description of the issue.

We will investigate and work promptly to resolve the matter, either by replacing the damaged items or issuing a refund, as appropriate.
